About Raul and Diego:

Raul Ruiz and Diego Carranza are both from Bolivia and have lived there their whole lives. Raul's parents are from Cuba, but he was born and raised in Bolivia. Diego has no Cuban roots. Both Raul and Diego are young entrepreneurs who are into real estate investing. They are called the Young Investors of Miami, and most of their audience are Spanish-speaking young entrepreneurs interested in getting into real estate. Raul and Diego do a lot of flips and keep some of them in their portfolio to do Airbnb or long-term rentals. They also keep some on the side to grow their capital. Their ultimate goal is to keep most of the properties they acquire. Raul and Diego started real estate investing when they were 19 and 20 years old, respectively. Despite their young age, they have achieved properties worth millions of dollars.
