In this video I am demonstrating How to do the Hip Thrust Exercise
In this 2 minute tutorial I am teaching one of the most effective glute exercises that is actually quite popular. This exercise was made popular by Brett Contreras and it is a staple in my posterior chain workout day. This exercise can help out with the lockout on deadlifts or other exercises like the kettlebell swing. This exercise requires you to be able to set up in this position so if you have any issues getting into a bench like this then I would suggest trying out a different exercise or doing this in a smith machine.
