Here I am demonstrating how to do the Landmine Reverse Lunge
In this 2 Minute Tutorial I will be breaking down an exercise that is not very popular, but does have some benefit to include in your training program. I am already a big fan of reverse lunges, but adding in the landmine gives a bit of a different feel and activation than the original reverse lunge. This exercise challenge is your balance a little bit differently, and is an easy way to load it up without having too much weight on your back.
