Maria Guadalupe Lopez Esquivel, popularly called "La Catrina," was a high-ranking official of a group of Mexico's most powerful criminal organizations. She is most known for her work as a supermodel and as a renowned digital blogger. There are rumors that the young girl, who had only turned 18 at that point, became involved with "The New Generation Cartel" when she began dating one of its associates. If these reports are accurate, the girl might have joined a group at an extremely young age. The young woman, who circulated in Mexican subterranean societies under the name "La Catrina," staked a significant portion of her illegal notoriety to an assault she directed in October 2019. In the region of Michoacan, Esquivel participated in an assault on a police caravan, during which they were razed to the ground. She did this along with a group of heavily-armed gangsters. As a result of the hit, thirteen officers were killed, and three more were hospitalized. Unfortunately for La Catrina, her long career as a supervillain was brought to an end before the year 2020.
