Be direct, make plans, and don't talk too much (you can talk all you want when you're out on a date). Entice her to go out with you by using original language that matches her interests and puts you in a positive light; hopefully a far cry from "Hi" or "Hey, beautiful." That's how women start things off online because they don't know how to be interesting. They don't have "game," something you should have enough of to get things moving at a good speed.
