Hi and welcome to Super Learning - Integration.
If you’re listening to this recording, you’ve completed the first part of your learning process. Now it is time to relax.

You’re listening to a recording of steady rain with Binaural Beats incorporated underneath. The term "binaural" refers to the simultaneous projection of two different frequencies in each ear. What your brain will mimic and resonate with is the difference between the two frequencies. To achieve the desired effect, stereo headphones are required.

The optimal brain frequency for Integration is between 4-8Hz, known as Theta State, which allows you to completely relax and seemingly “forget everything” as your brain integrates newly acquired data with your existing knowledge.
It is perfectly normal to fall asleep while in the Theta state, also known as REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep.

The BWE (Brain Wave Entrainment) frequency is raised to 14.2Hz at the end of this recording, gently bringing you out of relaxation and into an awake and alert state.

Numerous studies have shown that relaxing after studying is just as important as studying. You've probably heard the phrase "Let me sleep on it," and this is why we have a better understanding once we've been able to relax.

Make yourself comfortable and enjoy the integration process.
