Garlic Pickles

▶️Recipe
1️⃣Wash 2kg of garlic shoots, wipe dry and cut into 3-5cm intervals
2️⃣Pickled water: 800ml dark soy sauce, 800 water, 600 won sugar (unrefined sugar), 100 plum liquid, 1 bottle of soju, 500 vinegar, boil and cool for 3 to 5 minutes
3️⃣Pour the boiled pickled water on top of the garlic stems, store at room temperature for a day, then refrigerate.
