Simmered red pepper and anchovies

I'm uploading the recipe~
▶️ Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
1. Cut 150G thick red pepper in half
2. One handful of anchovies (25G) for soup, remove the intestines and head
3. Fry the fishy anchovies in a frying pan over low heat.
4. Add 2 cooking oil, red pepper, and 1 sugar and stir-fry
5. Add anchovies and stir-fry
6. Add 200ML of water, 2 dark soy sauce, 1 Korean soy sauce, 2 cooking wine, and 1 minced garlic
7. Cover the lid and simmer over low heat for more than 5 minutes.
When the broth thickens
8. At the end, finish with 1 honey (starch syrup, oligosaccharide), sesame oil, and sesame seeds
