Making American History fun

In this video I explain how I'm setting up an activity for my daughter to identify and name the original 13 states. She will be using many skills including measurements, reading, following directions, reading 3 digit numbers, American History, food science along with others. After all her hard work, we will enjoy a nice snack! This assignment was not my idea, it came from the Tuttle Twins American History textbook. I just altered it slightly to make it our own.
