Why don’t you have problems? The idea of a problem is a byproduct of worry and, worry is a byproduct of having a problem.

Now lets look at the idea of a problem? A problem can only exists if the opposite exists, which is the solution.

So to have a problem present you have to know that there is a solution to it.

So what do we have? A problem or do we have potential towards a solution?

It is down to you prospective, if you realise that you don’t have problems and only potential towards solutions then you win every time.

Autistic people have many mental health problems, and one of these is anxiety.

If you can eliminate a problem, then you eliminate worry and you eliminate anxiety.
