Xi Jinping Re-elected President Of Chi a For The Third Term

🇨🇳Delegates of the first session of the 14th National People's Congress (NPC, Parliament) on Friday unanimously voted to re-elect Xi Jinping as President of the People's Republic of China for an unprecedented third five-year term - Xinhua News Agency.

The Chinese Parliament also re-elected Xi Jinping as head of the Central Military Council. Former First Vice Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China Han Zheng has been appointed Vice President of the People's Republic of China.

Xi Jinping is the first person in China's history to be elected to a third term as president.
