Like borders on a map, boundaries mark who is in charge. Boundaries are vital for protecting your energy, mental health, and minimizing confrontation.

Setting boundaries is not just reacting to annoying behavior. Enforcing boundaries is more than just saying, “No.” It’s about knowing your limits, honoring your values, and respecting yourself at least as much as anyone else.
