Is a lot of the Military subject to MK Ultra?

The CIA are behind the Targeted individuals and Mk Ultra victims. What is our government really involved in to harm their own citizens? We must shut down these organizations that are completely out of control. Right now MK Ultra victims are being taken back to get prepared for something. Something big is happening and MK Ultra survivors are expected to do their jobs.
