Caleb and Cindy have been obstructing the SB 49 SAFE Act since 01/01/2023, because they're bought and paid for.

After months of delaying tactics, Cindy finally put the bill on the floor.
Democrats breezily started filibustering but C&C wanted to get every senator home 2 days for spring break.
Caleb Rowden and Cindy O'Laughlin asked to adjourn but don't want to do a roll call because that'll show their true color, revealing how they voted. So instead he took a vote one senator at a time.

All the while Cindy and Caleb could have called PQ (previous question) and have the bill passed. PQ would stop the filibuster, and allow the senate to vote. We know we have more than enough votes to get the bill passed - 18 minimum required. We have 24.
