So the big day arrived where the cement base was laid. Had about 3.2 m cube of concrete pumped 62meters. A much easier way than trying to barrow it all.

Next stage is to remove all the shuttering and render the sides of the pad. Then start building. Firstly the Office and then the Observatory.

This is a large and expensive build and I know not everyone has the budget or space for something like this. My previous observatory is a perfect solution for anyone with a lower budget or limited space and was great.
