Paying my water bill is Spain which is so cheap!!!
And a really easy process. I bike by there because my fruit store is next door so it works easier to just stop and pay there over the hassle of going online to try to pay it. You can also go into the store to pay it, if you want to wait an hour😂
See this video on how it was changing the bill to my name….it was a hassle!!!! The paperwork processes here in Spain are long and beurocratic.

My advice is, if you are buying a property in Spain, make sure you have money to cover any and all repairs. And if you have to sell the property in a hurry, be prepared to take a loss on it, as properties do not tend to move as fast as they do in the US.
