A primeira-dama, Janja Lula da Silva, foi criticada nas redes sociais por participar de uma live na 3ª feira (7.mar.2023) em comemoração ao Dia Internacional da Mulher em programa gravado nos estúdios da estatal EBC (Empresa Brasileira de Comunicação), em Brasília.
Após a transmissão do programa, internautas disseram que Janja “ganhou” um programa na TV Brasil, canal público que não pode ser usado para promover ações do governo. Outros chamaram a emissora de “TV Janja”.
