Sunday Sermon With Intrim Minister Rev. Shelly PT 2

In this clip, Interim Rev. Shelly speaks about how the head of the UUA (Unitarian Universalist Association) had been called out for White Supremacy, Racism and Sexism. Of a church's ministerial nominations for a church, the Head Reverend had picked a White Transgendered Male with the qualifications and experiences, who wasn’t part of the churches region, over an internal nomination which happened to be a, still landed, Phillipino Woman immigrant, who’d been with the church for sometime. This caused a leftist rift and resignations due to supposed inappropriate decision making. Also, Rev. Shelly seemed to be promoting radical Liberalism of Unitarian Universalism to become the dominant religion.

Updated March 2023 Note: I was a bit late in recording this part as I wasn't planning to record any more of the service. But When she started speaking about the transgendered community, I found it extremely ODD she would be allowed to speak about or against transgendered people in the church overriding immigrant women in their church. I felt taken back since the administration for the 8 or 9 years I was with them were supportive of trans rights and allowed transgendered individuals to periodically do sermons throughout the years and allow many of them down stairs to volunteer with the youth without any kind of credentials or substance like a background/criminal check I was forced to provide years ago. And now She and supposedly many other feminists were allowed to make a stand against the issue of transgendered people in the church. The first one being a trans teen and member of the youth religious classes. One Trans Gendered member I actually did enjoy hanging with actually left out of the blue not too many months before in the summer of 2021 stating this individual did not like the direction the church was going. Not Surprised since I’d been hearing whispers of female members of administration not liking the presence of transgender's since the moment I stepped into the congregation summer or fall of 2012, I think it was, and officially became a member Winter/2013 or Spring/2014 after attending their fall sermons.

I Guess Dr Jordan Peterson was more right than I was able to give him credit for. Wasn't just Trudeau using Transgendered community, it was Unitarian Church of Calgary. And from what I'm understanding since the Covid shut down, Unitarians and Universalists in North America all together.
