Delicious & Healthy Meal (Vegetarian)

We like putting together simple and delicious meals, mostly plant-based, like this one for instance.

Here's what this meal is all about:
- boiled broccoli with salt
- salad made using boiled broccoli, leek, cucumber, tomato, feta cheese and extra virgin olive oil
- Chaumes cheese (soft cheese, from France)
- mixed olives (green and kalamata, with herbs)
- organic pastured butter
- sourdough rye bread (with carrots)

Most of the ingredients that we used are organically grown, but this is not a must of course.

Do the best that you can in the moment, serve this as a Swedish buffet and enjoy your health!
