RCMP no longer issuing RPAL'S? Here's what we know...

The RCMP's firearms program has told some people they're no longer issuing restricted possession and acquisition licenses. We've heard many conflicting reports and the information out there is spotty (to say the least).

We contacted the Canadian Firearms Program, and here's what we know...
