In discussing the liberal court judge who struck down Missouri's Second Amendment Preservation Act (which was fully expected,) Judge Andrew Napolitano said that SAPA will be upheld on appeal.

More, Judge Napolitano said that IFC's SAPA legislation is the "finest demonstration of Federalism since Thomas Jefferson and James Madison dissented from the Alien and Sedition Act in 1798!"

The Indiana Firearms Coalition's SAPA legislation is a mirror image of Missouri's law and its time our legislature passes it before Hoosier cops are forced to enforced Biden's pistol brace ban!
