Plunging exports, rising unemployment, and the disappearance of people’s deposits show that China’s economy cannot escape difficulties after the pandemic.

According to Apollo News, exports are plunging, causing major ports in China to be clogged up with around five million empty containers. China’s leading large container manufacturer, Taicang CIMC, has three production lines but currently only maintains one line.
