Excellent quality, very easy to carrying everywhere. The clamps are a plus. I would recommend it to my family and friends.
I bought this to replace an old work bench that has seen better days. It is still useful but with a few saw cuts through the top and legs starting to wobble it is more suitable for just stacking things on it than for working on it.
The Keter is a solid work piece. yes, it is "plastic" but it is very sturdy and the ingenious bracing system makes for a solid work surface.
Unlike my older table that required unfolding, pinching tabs, clamping braces before it is work ready the Keter is amazingly easy to set up. You set it on the floor, grip the side clamps and lift.
The legs fold out into locked position and all you need to do is push three hinged pieces into a locked position and you are good to go.
The clamps that come with it are very handy for clamping work onto the table and the slots provided for both vertical and horizontal clamping are easy to work with.One note- mine arrived with a slight crack on the top plate of one of the leg "cups" (see photo).
There is NO way to just ask for a replacement part so I did a damaged product request and they quickly shipped me a new one. I put the slightly damaged bench in the old box and shipped it back.
I think there should be some way of just getting the part replaced rather than a whole exchange but you cannot beat that kind of service from Amazon.
First thing.. When you take the bench out of the box, theres a warning note that says not pull legs and read instructions on how to assemble, but the instructions were locked away tightly inside the bench.
Took me a few minutes to figure out how to open on my own. I thought for a while that it didnt come with any instructions. I discovered recently that I have a passion for woodworking, but I live in an apartment and dont have the place for a real work bench.
This works great for me. In my picture the towel is there to catch saw dust (doesnt fly like sand dust)
