From cold-blooded killers, drug lords, fraudsters, sex traffickers, all the way to creepy stalkers – you name it, the FBI is still looking for these outlaws. Well, firstly you’ve got to do some pretty messed up stuff, and once a criminal, authorities from each state will submit one person who is the most dangerous to society, the FBI picks it up and amongst various departments, they decide what individuals everyone needs to have a spare pair of eyes out for.
