This short video alerts that Boston is posed to have a massive outbreak of burdock infestation on its Charles River Esplanade and other areas in the fall of 2023, on a magnitude that could easily rank it one of the biggest eco disasters in American history that are caused by a non-native species, given the degree and distribution of current burdock infestation in Greater Boston and the direct medical injuries that the plant is known to bring about to dogs and children.
