Pizza Dough
150 g Bread Flour
97 g Water (Use good water - bottled or filtered)
2 tsp Salt (can be cut in half if you want a plain dough)
1 tsp Instant Yeast
1 tsp Sugar

White Pizza Topping
Mozzarella Cheese
Ricotta Cheese
Roasted Garlic
Fresh Basil
Olive oil to top it all off
