MY STORY I’ve had eczema and asthma since birth. My whole life I’ve been trying to find a way to heal. I was vegan for 2 years and my health deteriorated rapidly… Recently I’ve started a Carnivore Diet – more specifically the Lion Diet – to eliminate any allergens that might be causing inflammation in my body. I’ve been eating beef🥩 and honey🍯 since December 17th 2022 and ONLY beef since February 15 2023. In March 2023 I started experimenting with adding chicken meat stock🐔 and other broths🍲 as recommended on the GAPS Diet. This has made a huge difference in my progress toward health! Recently, I’ve started a Carnivore Diet – more specifically the Lion Diet – to eliminate any allergens that might be causing inflammation in my body. I’ve been eating beef🥩 and honey🍯 since December 17th, 2022, and ONLY beef since February 15, 2023.
