Kind of a silly video but here is the Victorian Diet for Fitness Tier List, ranking the 1800s nutrition.
It was interesting to me as they actually a pretty decent in the 1800s and early 1900s, as there is a lot less sugar back then. Some of the foods are very high in protein, which helps out with fitness and bodybuilding, but they also had some food that was very high and fats that would not really help out with bodybuilding efforts.
