Follow me as I walk through this home after my inspection to highlight some of the defects and callouts I will report.

Walkthrough of the property: Your home inspector will then walk through the property with you, typically starting on the exterior and working their way inside. Examination of the interior: Once the exterior has been inspected, the home inspector will move inside the property to check the electrical system, plumbing, HVAC system, and other interior components. They will also be looking for any signs of water damage, mold, or other potential issues.

Once the walkthrough is complete, the inspector will typically discuss their findings with you and answer any questions you may have.
