The Ingredients :-

PART 1 ( Marination )

1 Kg Chicken Drumsticks.
1 Large Red Onion - Sliced.
2 Medium Red Onions - Pureed.
1 Tablespoon Minced Ginger.
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic.
125g Greek Yoghurt.
½ Teaspoon Turmeric
1 Tablespoon Garam Masala
1 Tablespoon Salt
Juice of 2 Small Indian Lemon.
3 Small Green Chillies - Sliced

PART 2
3 to 4 Tablespoons of Oil.
½ Teaspoon Mustard Seeds.
½ Teaspoon Cumin Seeds.
5 to 6 Curry Leaves.

CORIANDER AND CHILLI MIXTURE
5 Green Chillies.
2 Small Bunches Coriander.

Garnish ( Optional )
2 Green Chillies - Slit
