For those of you who don't have separate businesses and you're really marketing yourself, as an author, you do the same search for yourself.

That's what this one is. I just put in my name. I have a website. It shows up on Facebook. Here's my LinkedIn. Carol. LinkedIn shows up right here. My AskDotty website. This is another free place to get an online profile. Thank goodness this one's not me because I would be dead. PRP. They're a customer of mine that I actually do trade with. I've written some stuff for them and it shows up on their website. Look at this. I have an airport named after me. Who knew it? And it's even in Washington.

Both of my Google business pages show up because they're associated with my name. Images are a completely separate index that Google provides and they still have it separate. So images, if you're using images on your website,
make sure that you have the alt tags for your name, your business name, your keywords, that kind of thing. And you'll show up here. Alignable. Another secret tip use Alignable. It's another free place very similar to LinkedIn.
That you can create for yourself. And this keeps going on About. me. Free website online. There's a client online. MyStrikingly.com is a free website.

I believe MyStrikingly pulls in from your LinkedIn profile and creates that website for you. At least they use to, I'm assuming they still do. FourSquare. Pinterest and it goes on and on. So that is how you get found online for more than just your website.
