This Texas-Style Chili Recipe Will Change Your Life!

Ingredients
2.5 Ibs 80/20 Ground Beef
1 Ibs Ground Pork
1 Large Green Bell Pepper
1 Large Yellow Onion
1 Jalapeno
4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
14.5oz Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
14.5oz Rotel Diced Green Chili's & Tomatoes
4.5oz Diced Green Chili's
1 Tsp Beef Better Than Bouillon
1 Tsp Chipotle Better Than Bouillon
1/4 Cup Tomato Paste
2 Tbsp Corn Starch
2 Tbsp Water
-Seasoning-
2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
5 Tbsp Chili Powder
1/2 Tbsp Dried Oregano
2 Tsp Cumin
1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Black Pepper
1/2 Tbsp Kosher Salt
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/8 Tsp Turmeric
1/2 Tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
-Directions-
On a skillet preheated to High brown your beef and pork then add it to your chili pot, add some beer to the skillet to get up all the browned meat and add it as well. Take 32oz of beer and add it to the chili pot and bring to a simmer and let it rip for 20-30 minuets. With the same skillet add a splash of beer and your green peppers and jalapeno's and cook for 3 minuets. Next add your onions and cook for another 3 minuets. Add your canned Chili's, Garlic and Tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minuets, Add your tomato paste and cook until mixed in. Add to your chili pot along with your bouillon and seasoning. Cook for about 25-30 minuets, take 2 tbsp corn starch and mix with 2 tbsp water to make a slurry, mix into your chili and bring it to a boil, cook for 30 seconds then remove from heat, allow 5 minuets to thicken up, top with your favorite cheese and hot sauce and enjoy!!
