ALERT: Thermal Power Plant in Kiev Struck By Russia, Per Reports

Early this morning , Russia carried out strikes on several Ukrainian regions , including the capital Kyiv, the Black Sea port of Odessa and the second largest city Kharkiv, which led to the cessation of electricity supply, regional officials announced.
