7 Day Fermented Pizza - Surprisingly DELICIOUS!
Decided to let one rip for 7 days!, the flavor was absolutely fantastic!, My favorite one to date!
The Fermentation process going this long (7 days) definitely changed the overall flavor & texture!
The dough was absolutely fantastic, it had a very strong yeast flavor but in a good way, robust and creamy yet crisp flakey.
If you have the patience to ferment some dough for this long I highly recommend giving this recipe a shot. Step up your homemade pizza to restaurant quality! Become the best chef you can be!
