Pepperoni Pizza! Fermented Dough Experiment: Day 0
The start of my Pizza Dough Fermentation Experiment!
I’ve heard to replicate restaurant quality pizza, you need to let it ferment for 24-48 hours, so we’re going to test this out.
I'm starting with 4 Dough balls and fermenting each one 24 more hours than the one before. I will post my thoughts and how this effects the flavor, texture and overall presentation.
In this video, You'll learn how to make fermented dough, and then build your very own pepperoni pizza.
This is a great recipe for beginners, as it's simple to follow and doesn't require any baking skills. Plus, you'll learn about the benefits of fermented dough, and how to make it at home.

Ingredients
-16g Yeast
- 530g 00' Pizza Flour
-2 Tsp Fine Sea Salt
-2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder (optional, adds crispiness)
-1 1/2 Cup Warm Water (100-110)
-1 Tbsp Sugar (Pour into warm water to activate yeast)
-2/3 Cup Olive Oil
