How to Safely Discharge a Microwave Capacitor (not safe at all)

Don't take microwaves apart, or you will be dead. For SERIOUS, experienced, and certified professionals only.
This very serious video shows the basic principles of safe capacitor discharge. Note that the bottom screwdriver touches the metal casing of the microwave, which could electrify the entire microwave. So, not the best method. Better to use a PVC stick with a wire attached to the end.
