1. 1.2Kg of pork belly, 1 apple, 2 onions, 2 green onions, 15 whole peppercorns, 8 garlic, refined rice wine (shochu), (2 cinnamon sticks, bay leaf-passable)

▶️Recipe
1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on pork belly
2. Slice green onion, garlic, onion, and apple
3. Put onion - apple - pork belly in a pot
Add refined rice wine, sliced ​​garlic, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, peppercorns, and green onion.
4. Close the lid and steam over medium heat.
5. Cook on low heat for 50~60~70 minutes
(Adjust the time according to the thickness of the meat and the pot)
6. If you poke it with a chopstick and go in softly, it's done.
7. If you sprinkle some fruit and vegetable water on the meat, you can eat it moistly.
