Resumes With Non-Binary Pronouns Are the Latest WOKE FAIL From Gen Z!

People who are stupid enough to put "They/Them" pronouns on their resumes are seeing their applications filed exactly where you would put a raging narcissist's application. No one running a respectable business wants to willingly invite a cancer through their front doors, considering how many industries have fallen in recent years.

This influx of emotionalism into the workplace is just another sign that Generation Z and the later half of the Millennials are weak minded fools. They prioritize safety and security above all else. Their every waking moment, catered to. Their opinions on how work SHOULD be is heavily contrasted with how work IS. That's largely because there is a lack of life experiences among the youth.
