This Penny's quest focuses on the Seedium plant Power Vine and was offered between between March 8, 2023 and March 15, 2023.

Power Vine is a member of the Fila-Mint family.
Power Vine costs 150 Sun. (-25 Sun at levels 3, 6 and 9.)
Power Vine emits a bolt of electricity which deals 10 damage. (+5 per level.)
If Power Vine is planted next to another Power Vine - networked - then each Power Vine emits three bolts instead of one.
When given plant food, Power Vine emits 11 bolts in a spray pattern - three times - dealing 55 damage per bolt. (+5 damage every 2 levels.)
Being a Vine plant, another plant can be placed inside.

Commentary:
The Fila-Mint family needed a solid addition and Power Vine does not disappoint. It's a solid plant. It is worthy of being included in any Fila-Mint strategy.

Bottom Line:
By itself, Power Vine is under-powered compared to many other plants. When used properly, Power Vine is on the low side of average. However, no zombie is immune to the Fila-Mint family of plants. This means Fila-Mint strategies can be used in any situation - and Power Vine should be included just the same.
