Judging others is NOT a sin as long as it's a legitimate "sin" and you're not a hypocrite. With that truth in mind, Paul urges us NOT to let others judge us on matters such as eating meats, what we drink or holidays we celebrate that do not involve those legitimate sins that we ought not be taking part in (sorcery, drunkenness, fornication, violence, idolatry, etc.).
