New York City PAYS BLM rioters 6 million the innocents are punished & the criminals rewarded

New York City has pretty much allowed riots to not be punished. BLM rioters are payed 6 million in a settlement and each person will get $21,500. Criminals are rewarded and innocents people are punished.
