Switzerlands President & Minister Federal Department of Home Affairs Alain Berset has been named in a civil lawsuit along with Pfizer Inc. and the Federal Food & Drug Administration of the USA duly filed with the Supreme Court of the State of New York, United States of America filed by British-Swiss Investment Banker Pascal Najadi.
