Taxation IS Theft

Today we have to fact check the fact checkers! FactCheck.org claims they can prove that federal income tax is not only justified but CONSTITUTIONAL! They use a Supreme Court precedent and the 165h amendment to back their claim. Let's take a look at the claim they make and debunk their logic to explain away the usurpation of taxation from the States.
