Sen. Johnson proposes new WHO bill

Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) new bill, No WHO Pandemic Preparedness Treaty Without Senate Approval Act, will require any agreement made with the World Health Organization to be ratified by a two-thirds Senate vote.
