In this video I break down How to do Landmine Rows
in this 2 Minute Tutorial I cover proper form for the landmine row, and how to get in position properly. This is a nice variation of the barbell row that allows you to target your mid back muscles a little bit further than you would be able to on a regular row. The benefits of having better connection to the mid back leads to increase strength and hypertrophy across different back exercises. This is a great variation of the row and I encourage people utilize it as it can target some muscles that people want strong.
