How to do The Curl Up Exercise | 2 Minute Tutorial
Here is a demonstration of How to do The Curl Up Exercise
In this 2 minute tutorial take it through the proper form in the curl up, which is an exercise I think more people should be doing. The curl up teaches you to keep your car braced, and that is available skill as a prevent your lower back from getting injured. If you do anything, like squats or deadlifts, you should be doing the curl up as well to further engage with your abdominal muscles to prevent injury. Doing curl ups won't fully prevent you from injuring yourself, but they can be very nice step of defence in preparing to do heavier lifting.
