In this video I am demonstrating How to do Anderson Squats
In this 2 Minute Tutorial I break down this exercise which can be used to increase your overall barbell squat strength. The Anderson squat challenges your body from an area that is normally doesn't police force from, and that allows you to blow past, and he sticking points in your squat. It's a very effective variation of the squad, but I don't think it gets enough recognition for its effectiveness, so I wanted to do a quick tutorial on how to do it.
