Here is How to do The Dead Bug Exercise
In this 2 minute tutorial I break down one of the most effective core exercises for functionality. The deadbolt is important because it teaches you to stabilize your core when your upper and lower extremities are moving. This means from her moving our shoulders and hips through there and ranges that were able to keep the core tight and not bending. I believe that this exercise can benefit a lot of people as I see poor abdominal control, and I think that, that could lead to injuries. I want to break down the dead bug as I think it's a very effective exercise.
