Ingredients:
• 500 g of ancho ancho steak (can use other meat)
• 1 liter of beef broth
• Salt to taste
• Pepper
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 chopped onion
• 2 cloves of minced or crushed garlic
• 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped or cut into strips
• 1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced or cut into strips
• 1 cans of ready-made tomato sauce 400 g
Method:
In a pressure cooker, place the meat, the meat broth, season with salt and pepper, close and let it cook under pressure for 40 to 50 minutes, or until the meat is tender.
Let the pressure out, reserve the broth, shred the meats and reserve.
In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion. Add the garlic and let it brown.
Add the shredded meat and mix well. Add the tomato sauce, the peppers, the meat cooking broth, mix, adjust the seasoning and cook until the sauce has thickened, stirring occasionally.
This meat is perfect for making sandwiches, or even served with cooked pasta and even as a filling for pies or hides.
In order not to salt, use little salt and leave it to give the last adjustment after the meat has been soaked in the sauce.
