Biden Admin Awards Biological Male 'International Women of Courage' Award

First Lady Jill Biden and Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken awarded Alba Rueda, a biological male and transgender activist from Argentina, one of 11 of the International Women of Courage (IWOC) Awards.

The 2023 IWOC Award ceremony honored "a group of 11 extraordinary women from around the world who are working to build a brighter future for all," according to the State Department.
